This rich, creamy coffee will delight and surprise. Its low acidity and sweetness are incredibly kind to your stomach. The highest quality beans are sustainably harvested and processed from east-facing hillsides and take the shortest possible path to your cup.

This plantation uses ancient, time-honored methods of processing. The soil previously housed cattle, resulting in a rich soil of unusually low acidity. This low acidity is reflected in the final cup.
The perfect balance of shade and sun exposure makes it mature slowly, and the east-facing hillside allows it to absorb the early morning sun rays while being sheltered from the hot afternoon sun. 

The plantation is at 900 meters above sea level. This higher altitude provides lesser amounts of atmospheric oxygen, making coffee mature gradually, but is not so high as to expose the plants to damagingly low overnight temperatures.
