Espresso Blend (light)
Learning how to roast for espresso has been a challenge but it basically comes down to roasting lower and slower to dry out the bean for faster extraction. Beyond that, two different styles of roast are called for depending on if you use milk in your espresso drinks.
In essence, lighter roasted coffee espresso, when underextracted, will pull a bit more sour than darker roasted. Underextraction is a chronic problem for most home machines. But, if you know you have your espresso game on and want to go for a "god shot", this is the batch for you.
