Guatemala, Bella Carmona

From what I can tell, our man Luis Pedro Zelaya is a bit of a nerd where coffee production is concerned. Four generations deep into the family business, he has an Agribusiness degree from the renowned University of Zamorano. Let's hear it for nerd coffee!

The tasting notes say 'caramel' and 'rich'. It smells great in the roast. Haven't cupped it yet.
